Complete Range of Stainless Steel Flanges
Every piping project has different operating conditions, pressure requirements, and installation methods. We manufacture a comprehensive range of stainless steel flanges to satisfy diverse industrial applications.
Weld Neck Flanges
Designed for high-pressure and high-temperature systems, weld neck flanges feature a long tapered hub that distributes stress evenly throughout the pipe.
Features:
Excellent fatigue resistance
Superior pressure performance
Smooth flow transition
Suitable for critical services
Easy radiographic inspection after welding
Slip On Flanges
Slip-on flanges slide directly over the pipe before welding. Their simple installation and competitive cost make them one of the most commonly selected flange types for medium and low-pressure applications.
Advantages:
Easy pipe alignment
Lower fabrication cost
Fast installation
Suitable for general industrial services
Economical for large-volume projects

Lap Joint Flanges
Lap joint flanges work together with stub ends, allowing flange rotation during installation. They simplify alignment and reduce maintenance time for systems requiring frequent dismantling.
Advantages:
Easy bolt alignment
Reusable flanges
Lower maintenance cost
Suitable for large piping systems
Long Weld Neck Flanges
Long weld neck flanges are engineered for pressure vessels, storage tanks, and heat exchangers where additional reinforcement is required.
Benefits include:
Improved stress distribution
Higher structural rigidity
Reduced weld concentration
Excellent sealing reliability
Stainless Steel Materials Available
We manufacture stainless steel flanges in a wide range of austenitic, duplex, super duplex, and special alloy grades to meet the requirements of various industrial applications. All materials are supplied with full mill test certificates (MTC) and complete heat number traceability.

Advanced Forging & CNC Machining Infrastructure
Controlled Forging Process
Optimal Grain Flow Alignment: We utilize closed-die and precision ring rolling to refine the austenitic grain structure. This achieves superior fatigue resistance and eliminates internal voids or defects.
High Forging Ratio: Ensures uniform density and isotropic mechanical properties across heavy-wall or large-diameter industrial flanges.

CNC Precision Machining & Sealing Surface Finish
Exact Tolerances: Continuous machining on multi-axis CNC lathes guarantees perfect concentricity, bolt-hole alignment, and strict adherence to ASME/EN dimensional tolerances.
Phonographic Serrated Finish: For Raised Face (RF) flanges, we strictly control the surface roughness to maximize gasket gripping and prevent fluid micro-leakage.
Solution Annealing & Heat TreatmentCarbide Dissolution: All austenitic and duplex grades undergo water-quenched solution annealing to dissolve chromium carbides back into the matrix. This eliminates internal stresses and restores maximum localized corrosion resistance.
Flange Facing Options
Raised Face (RF)
The most commonly used flange facing for industrial piping systems. The raised sealing surface concentrates gasket pressure, providing reliable sealing in medium- and high-pressure applications.
Flat Face (FF)
Designed for low-pressure systems and cast iron equipment where even gasket compression across the entire flange face is required.
Ring Type Joint (RTJ)
RTJ flanges feature a precision-machined groove for metallic ring gaskets. They are widely used in high-pressure and high-temperature environments such as refineries and offshore platforms.
Tongue & Groove (T&G)
This design provides precise gasket positioning and improved sealing stability, making it suitable for demanding operating conditions.
Male & Female (M&F)
The matching raised and recessed faces ensure accurate alignment and protect the gasket during installation, making them ideal for critical service applications.

Strict Quality Assurance
We operate under a zero-defect quality policy. No flange leaves our facility without passing a multi-stage inspection sequence conducted by certified NDT Level II/III technicians.
Positive Material Identification (PMI Testing)
Handheld XRF analyzers check every single flange to verify exact alloying element counts (Cr, Ni, Mo) before packing.
Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
Performed on high-pressure flanges (Class 600 and above) to detect subsurface laminations, cracks, or inclusions.
Dye Penetrant Testing (PT)
Applied to sealing surfaces and weld prep areas to reveal micro-fissures or surface porosity.
Dimensional & Geometry Verification
Vernier calipers, micrometers, and thread gauges confirm all OD, ID, thickness, and bolt-circle metrics.
