Quality Control System
Our quality control system is implemented throughout the full manufacturing process, from raw material intake to final packaging.
Incoming Material Inspection
Before production begins, raw materials are inspected for:
Material grade verification
Surface condition check
Thickness measurement
Supplier documentation review
Only qualified materials are released to production workshops.
In-Process Quality Control
During manufacturing, inspection is conducted at key stages:
Flange Production
Outer diameter and inner diameter measurement
Bolt hole alignment check
Flatness and sealing surface inspection
Stamping & Punching Parts
Hole position accuracy
Edge deformation control
Structural consistency across batches
Laser Cutting Parts
Dimensional accuracy verification
Edge smoothness inspection
Cutting tolerance control
Final Inspection Before Shipment
Before packaging, finished products are inspected for:
- Dimensional compliance with drawings
- Surface condition (rust, burrs, deformation)
- Quantity verification
- Packaging integrity
Inspection records can be provided upon request.
Measurement and Testing Tools
Our inspection process uses standard industrial equipment such as:
- Calipers and micrometers
- Flange alignment gauges
- Hardness testing instruments
- Dimensional measuring tools for sheet metal parts
Third-Party Inspection Support
We support external inspection requirements from:
- Customer-appointed inspection agencies
- International third-party inspectors (SGS / BV, etc.)
- Pre-shipment verification visits
Inspection access is available before loading.
Quality Documentation
Depending on customer requirements, we can provide:
- Material certificates (MTC)
- Dimensional inspection reports
- Packing lists with batch traceability
- Export inspection documents
