Manufacturing Process
Raw Material Inspection
Before entering the facility, all raw materials undergo verification of heat numbers, chemical composition, and mechanical property certificates; Positive Material Identification (PMI) testing can also be performed upon customer request.
Forging and Forming
Flange blanks are produced using open-die or closed-die forging processes; an optimal forging ratio is employed to refine the material's internal microstructure and enhance mechanical properties.
Solution Heat Treatment
Solution treatment is applied to 304 and 316 series materials to improve corrosion resistance and reduce the risk of intergranular corrosion.
CNC Precision Machining
CNC lathes are used to machine flange dimensions, sealing faces, and threads; sealing face roughness can be controlled within the 125–250 AARH range.
Final Inspection and Packaging
Finished products undergo dimensional checks, thread gauge inspections, visual inspections, and marking verification.
