Liaocheng Shengkjia Machinery Accessories Co., Ltd. is a China-based industrial metal manufacturing company specializing in the production of steel flanges, stamped metal components, punching parts, and laser-cut steel products for industrial applications.
Established in 2016, the company operates a manufacturing facility covering approximately 35,000 square meters in Liaocheng, Shandong Province. The facility is organized into multiple production workshops dedicated to forming, cutting, machining, inspection, and packaging processes.
Our production is focused on supplying industrial-grade metal components used in pipeline systems, mechanical equipment, structural engineering, and general industrial fabrication projects.
Production System
The factory is structured into multiple functional production areas to ensure workflow efficiency and process control:
Flange Manufacturing Section
This workshop is responsible for producing industrial steel flanges used in pipeline and pressure connection systems.
Capabilities include:
- Forging and forming of flange blanks
- CNC machining of sealing surfaces
- Bolt hole drilling and alignment processing
- Surface finishing and anti-corrosion preparation
We produce both standard flanges and non-standard flanges based on customer drawings.
Stamping & Punching Workshop
This section is dedicated to producing sheet metal components through stamping and CNC punching processes.

Laser Cutting Workshop
Equipped with industrial laser cutting machines, this section handles precision cutting of steel plates.

Laser cutting is used for:

- High-precision sheet metal parts
- Engineering components requiring tight tolerances
Machining & Finishing Area
After primary forming or cutting, certain components require secondary machining processes such as:

Inspection & Packaging Workshop
All finished products are transferred to a dedicated inspection area before shipment.

Packaging is adapted based on export requirements, including wooden cases or pallet systems for sea freight transport
Material Management System
We work with stable steel material supply channels in China to ensure consistency in raw material quality.
