Premium Materials & Metallurgical Integrity
Material selection has a direct impact on pressure resistance, corrosion performance, service life, and total lifecycle cost. Our engineering team helps customers select the most suitable material based on operating temperature, pressure, and process media.

Stainless Steel
ASTM A182 F304/304L, F316/316L, F321, F347 (Excellent corrosion resistance for chemical, pharmaceutical, and offshore processing).

Carbon Steel
ASTM A105, A350 LF2 (Engineered for ambient and higher-temperature service, or low-temperature impact testing).

Alloy Steel
ASTM A182 F5, F11, F22, F91 (High tensile strength and creep resistance for high-temperature power plant piping).

Duplex & Super Duplex Steel
F51 (UNS S31803), F53 (UNS S32750) (Optimized for marine environments and highly aggressive chloride applications).
Our Manufacturing Process
Our facility employs a closed-die and ring-rolling forging process that refines the grain structure of the steel, maximizing grain flow and fatigue resistance.
Raw Material Inspection
Every steel billet undergoes Positive Material Identification (PMI) and ultrasonic testing before cutting to ensure zero internal voids.
Precision Forging & Ring Rolling
Billets are heated to 1100–1250°C and forged under high-tonnage hydraulic presses to refine the grain structure, optimize grain flow, and improve mechanical strength and fatigue resistance.
Solution Annealing & Heat Treatment
Heat treatment processes are selected according to the material grade and project requirements. Depending on the specification, flanges may undergo normalizing, quenching and tempering, solution annealing, or stress relieving to restore mechanical properties, improve corrosion resistance, and ensure compliance with hardness and impact requirements.
CNC Machining & Facing (Micro-Inch Precision)
Advanced CNC machining ensuring precise fit-up and reducing installation time during field installation. RF, FF, and RTJ facings are machined to ASME B16.5 surface finish requirements, ensuring consistent sealing performance.
Quality Assurance
Our Zero-Defect Inspection Protocol includes:
Dimensional Inspection
100% check of outer diameters, thickness, bolt circle diameters, and alignment.
Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), and Liquid Penetrant Testing (LPI) to guarantee sub-surface integrity.
Destructive Testing
Tensile strength tests, Charpy V-Notch impact tests, and hardness testing on a per-heat-number basis.
Third-Party Friendly
We fully welcome and regularly host inspectors from SGS, TÜV, Bureau Veritas (BV), and DNV.
